If an album could be given to reminiscence, then Projected Twins, Earth to the World would be lost in thought from sunrise until bloody sunset. Featuring tracks brimming with haunting echoes and other lingering effects, Earth to the World is an album that sucks the listener in to a void of music and lyrics. My personal favorite—Deny—is a swirling mix of metal guitar, Shaun Holton’s beautifully jarring vocals, chilling synths, as well as a slightly surprising and altogether invigorating xaphoon solo that completes the darkly apocalyptic feel of the song. I’ve included Deny in the post—just so you can dive in and get lost in the void.
